2. Data collected and purposes
We collect the data you voluntarily enter in the booking request form (name, email, phone, event details) solely to respond to your request. We also collect, only with your prior consent, anonymous/aggregate statistical data on site usage via Google Analytics (pages visited, referral source, device).
3. Cookies used
The site uses two cookie categories: necessary technical cookies (always active, no consent required) and Google Analytics statistics cookies (active only if you consent). You can review or change your choice at any time via the “Cookies” link in the footer of every page.

4. Legal basis
We process booking form data on the basis of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). Statistics cookies are processed on the basis of your explicit consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), revocable at any time.
5. Data retention
Booking form data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up correspondence. Google Analytics statistical data is retained according to Google’s retention settings (typically 14 months).
6. International data transfers
Google Analytics is provided by Google LLC (USA). Transfer of statistical data to the United States relies on the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission, as provided in Google’s agreements for EU customers.
7. Your rights
